2011 Marketing Boot Camp Timetable

You're going to be learning a lot during the Boot Camp. But hey—it's Vegas, right? During the off hours you will be able to network with your classmates, organize your notes each day into your action plan, and still have time to enjoy the sensory overload that is Las Vegas.

Schedule of Events

Sunday, January 6:

Arrive in Las Vegas, get checked in to Harrah's
5:00–8:00pm: Class mixer in the Las Vegas Room (2nd floor). An informal get together where you can pick up your Boot Camp workbook, meet and visit with John and your fellow classmates. There will be a cash bar.

Monday, January 7:

8:30 The doors to the Improv Room open. You don't need to be there any earlier. If you didn't get a chance to get your workbook on Sunday, you can pick it up now.

9:00—12:00 Class begins promptly.

12:00–1:30 Lunch on your own.

1:30–5:00 Class continues.

5:00–7:30 Dinner on your own

7:30–??? Special sales presentation by PPA Past President Ron Nichols in the Improv Room. This session is optional, but if you want to earn more money, you'll want to be there.

Tuesday, January 8:

8:30 Doors open

9:00–12:00 Class

12:00–1:15 Lunch on your own

1:15–5:00 Class

5:00–??? The town is yours!

Wednesday, January 9:

8:30 Doors open

9:00–12:00 Class

12:00–1:15 Lunch on your own

1:15–4:45 Class

4:45–5:00 Send-off

NOTE: If you're flying out of Las Vegas you'll need to be at the airport a full two hours before your flight. Because the class ends at 5:00 that means you shouldn't schedule your flight time before 7:30 at the very earliest on Wednesday. Better yet, stay another night, enjoy a nice dinner with some of your classmates and leave on Thursday. The majority of attendees find this to be easier than trying to rush out and fight the crowds to their airport on Wednesday evening.
